Monthly Coaching
Whether you’re looking for running coaching, strength training, or just a general fitness plan, I’ve got you covered. We’ll discuss your goals in depth, and I’ll write a plan for you that takes into account your available time, what you enjoy doing, equipment, goals, and unique needs. Running plans are delivered on Final Surge, where structured workouts can be pushed directly to your Garmin or Apple Watch, and I can receive a detailed analysis of each run. Strength plans are delivered on Trainerize. No weights? No problem! I can do bodyweight only plans too. All plans are delivered 1-2 weeks at a time, so that I can monitor your training, check in with you, and make necessary adjustments. I’m available for questions or quick checks on your form as needed.

Drills and Form Analysis
I’ll meet with you to look at your running form, go over drills, and record you running. Then I’ll send you an in depth review of your running form using OnForm’s video analysis software. I’ll analyze your form in the frontal and sagittal planes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to help you become a more efficient runner. You’ll get recommendations for prehab, specific strength exercises, and drills that could improve your running form.
$50 one time payment
